I’ve always wanted to take a train ride Malaysia. My Malaysian colleagues were amused by my intention and told me that the train ride would be nothing i envision to be. Despite of the negative feedbacks, I still managed to get Ting and TC to try it with me!

I woke up at 5am, went out of the house at 6am to catch a ride on TC’s car to the Tanjong Pagar Railway Station.

Reached there around 7.05am

and bought our train tickets

We cleared the Malaysia custom in the train station

The train was waiting for us

Finally got on the train! We wondered why they provided plastic bags for each seat and understood why after the train started.

The train finally departed around 8.15am. The long, jerky and bouncy train ride began!

We finally cleared Singapore custom after 1 hour later and headed towards Johor Bahru.

I actually wanted to take a snap of this auntie but she kept looking at me… so i chickened out and took this picture with her face 1/2 cut.

We finally reached Kluang at 10.50am.

I wished I was daring enough to stand at the door of the train cart to shoot pictures! But i was so scare that i might fall off the train due to a sudden jerk or what. There’s always next time at elsewhere I guess…
